When I bought the Jordan's on the cheap I honestly thought they would become a pair I wore daily but honestly I don't wear them half as much as I should do. They aren't the comfiest pair of sneakers I own which is part of the reason why but they are versatile due to the simple black and white colourway. I definitely get a lot more wear out of these sneakers in the summer as they actually work really well with my summer wardrobe and here is how I am planning on wearing them this summer...
I have mentioned this Gods of Basketball t-shirt a lot in the past but I just absolutely love it and for the summer it fits really nice and creates a great look with these Jordans. The t-shirt is on the thicker side of things but at the same time it isn't too warm for when the sun is actually shining. The print just adds a bit of something extra to the whole outfit too and fits in with the Jordan basketball theme without going over the top. Team this t-shirt and the sneakers up with my go to cargo shorts and you have my new favourite look. The shorts are really comfortable and overall the outfit just flows really well as the colours fit nicely and work really well together. This outfit is by far one of my favourites for the warm weather just for how comfortable it is no matter what I am doing that day, a long walk or shopping no worries I will still be nice and comfortable.
My other go to favourtie way to style these sneakers for summer is with one of my all time favourite things... a football shirt. If you have read the blog for a while now you will know I absolutely love styling football shirts different ways and these sneakers are the perfect way to style this retro remade Juventus shirt. The black & white match perfectly and the outfit just looks really casual without being on the scruffy side. I haven't had much wear out of this shirt yet but I am loving this shorts and Jordan combination with it so maybe it is time to get wearing it more often.
Fingers crossed this summer I will end up getting much more wear out of these sneakers because maybe if I was to break them in a bit more they would be a whole lot comfier than they currently are meaning I can wear them more often without any pain which has happened too much recently. I really do need to start wearing this Juventus shirt more often too as it looks absolutely fantastic and is a lot smarter than other shirts I own.
How would you style these Jordan's?
